Recently I became fatter then before..Really sad about that..I though it's just only 3 kilograms, but not just only 3 kilograms..It changed everything.
NOT entering any food in your mouth. It's totally wrong. You just have to control your food. The calories should be balance for your body. A couple choices for your breakfast that i have been trying
1. Oatmeal
Oatmeal will fulfill your stomach untill your lunch. When the weather is cold it has an advantage - it's hot!! Can mixed with berries and honey for topping..
2. Low fat yogurt
There are many variety tastes of yogurt now. From the original until the fruit flavour. You can put them in the refrigerator to frozen it. Mixed it with bread or granola. Low fat yogurt is a great breakfast because they're portable an oh-so-yummy
3. Low fat Milk
Everybody need calcium and vitamin D for their body. And milk have both!! But whole milk will fattening, so choose a low-fat milk for breakfast. Your bones get calcium and you still get calories without going fatten. Pour milk with oatmael or cereal or just a glass with your will be enough.
4. Thin whole grain toast
Toast in the morning! Hmm..sound delicious rite? You can top it with bluberry or strawberry jam, or just with butter on it. You can paired it with some tea or milk too. Whole grain also make you full untul lunch so you can still continue your diet. It also a good choice because its hearty too...
5. Whole grain cereal
Choose a whole grain cereal means you full until lunch..So no more snack in the mid mornig. And make sure the cereal is lose sugar too..
Anyone who wants to have a healthy breakfast and also lose pounds of weight can combine two of them. You can breakfast a cereal with milk or just some frozen yogurt with whole grain toast..
