AMBER Chocolate Bar

Senopati always been a great choice to search for good restaurants or cafes. They grew up so fast that every time I passed this area there's always a new store open here. AMBER Chocolate Bar is one of them. Located at Senopati street across Cacaote, they have three different concept for each floor of their store.

1st floor was about pastry boutique with luxury interior. 2nd floor was a restaurant that design as a library where more casual for dining. 3rd floor was a rooftop that design like lounge and bar to chillin' out with your best friends while DJ playing the music. It will boost your mood like once!

Because it still early in the afternoon and we're quite full, so we decided to try their pastry at 1st floor. There's many variety of pastry there. There's 13 flavor of macaroons, each was IDR 15k. They also have about 9 flavors of chocolate pralines each IDR 20k. You can also find cakes, pastry and another sweet stuff.

After seeing their menu, we decided to order their Signature High Tea and Chocolate Overflow.

Chocolate Overflow IDR 70k

Like a classic lava cake, this soft baked with melted chocolate in the center served with vanilla ice cream. They also add small macaroons and fresh fruits like strawberry and blueberry. I love the balance of sweetness and sourness combination.

Signature High Tea IDR 210k

Consist of all sweet treat in two-tier plate consist many variety of chocolate, macaroons, cakes, etc. This set also allow you to choose two kind of drinks (classic twinning tea or variety of coffee). 

Signature Twinning Tea (Unparalleled Interlude) IDR 50k

A great combination of sencha green tea and fresh juicy taste of honeydew, sweet pineapple, kiwi, and zingly lemon balm

Premium Twinning Tea (Jasmine Pheonix Pearl) IDR 70k

A premium and one of the finest Chinese jasmine green tea which gives a sweet alluring fragrant of jasmine blossom and sublime, sweet flavor

I love the whole place ambiance, it feels so homey yet luxury. I'm not yet try their 2nd and 3rd floor this time, but surely I will go there again and try another menu in another thematic floor of their store. This was a fun experience having tea time at AMBER.
